Mr. Morikawa presented his research at ICSME 2024

Yasuhito Morikawa, an M2 student in our laboratory, presented the following paper at The 40th International Conference on Software Maintenance and Evolution (ICSME2024) on Oct 9th-11th, 2024.

Yasuhito Morikawa, Yutaro Kashiwa, Kenji Fujiwara, Hajimu Iida: RevToken: A Token-Level Review Recommendation: How Far Are We?, In Proceedings of the 40th IEEE International Conference on Software Maintenance and Evolution(ICSME2024), Oct. 2024.

This study proposes a token-level approach to recommend where developers review, which is finer-grained than the previous studies, with the aim of reducing the burden on reviewers in the review process.

Our empirical evaluation using the OpenStack Nova and QtBase dataset demonstrated that a maximum of 84% of the predicted tokens are accurately distinguished as either needing modification or not.
